WSE Training

As part of our commitment to quality for our students and professional development for our staff we pay all incoming teachers to attend a week of induction training aimed at refreshing the core English teaching techniques, and practicing their application. Our training also involves observing experienced teachers in class, and the opportunity to teach observed classes and get constructive feedback on your performance. After the initial week a new teacher starts on a reduced shift to allow for further peer-observation and self-access study, and our ongoing skills-development workshops are designed to both introduce you to new approaches and to allow you to share skills that you have found particularly effective. A true teacher never stops learning!
