Just as the right teacher is the key to a fun and successful class, the Service Manager is the key to a fun and successful center. A Service Manager must be a teacher and more – a lynchpin, bringing together both foreign and locally-hired teachers, and our administrative staff, leading and motivating them to not just meet but exceed our students' expectations. For this reason a potential Service Manager must join us as a teacher and work with all of our staff members, to fully understand them when leading them.
